It's that time again!
We do have a hotel reservation. It is at the Hilton again this year.
Otakon will be announcing the opening of pre-reg on Monday (2-20-12), but if you are a member of their forums you can get registered early. Registration has been increased to $70 for the early bird rate and $80 for the later and at-door rate. This has been done to assure high quality.
