Weekly Game - June 26, 2010

D&D this week please?

Only if we do it Friday night. It looks like Saturday night might be a permanent shift on my work schedule.

Friday'd work for me.

I think we've had a discussion before about relocating the day before? This seems like a good time to re-open the issue (or discuss it for the first time if we have not).

Personally, it'd be a better day for me overall anyway (if we permanently shifted it there), since I've been doing smash bros tournaments in the absence of D&D, and they only seem to get held on Saturdays anyway.

Whoa, apparently it automatically posts as me... that's kind of jarring the first time.

But yeah, Friday nights have been clear for me the past couple of weeks and I keep getting scheduled for Saturday nights, so a move to Friday might be a good idea. We haven't been doing BESM on Friday nights for the past few weeks either, partly because Mike has decided he won't run any sessions until someone else runs something since he really wants a chance to play instead of DM. I'm fairly certain I will not have anything prepared for this week, since I'm going to be pretty busy with regular work, voiceover work, and costuming. Does anyone else have anything?

I can do Friday nights in general, especially if/when you guys relocate...the only trouble is I don't generally get home until 6:10 or so from work. Probably a realistic regular time for me would be about 7:00 to 7:30 at Mike's or John's current house, 6:30 to 7:00 at the new place (allowing time to change from shirt and tie and get food).

As for this Friday, we're having a family dinner at about 6:15 which I'm going to, so I can be at wherever we meet maybe 7:30 or 8:00...which would be tough to hold a real D&D session in. Even so, 2 days is kind of short notice for me to prepare something, but I had been toying with the idea of reviving my last campaign and I'm going to try and take that seriously in the next couple of weeks and hopefully get things back on track. If you guys want that, you can help by making sure you still have your character sheets and posting anything important you remember from the campaign.

Edit: Perhaps it would be appropriate to add a forum for my campaign again?

Sure. Any request for forum title and subtitle? I don't recall what it was called on the last forum.

The title was Atlycia, I think. You can use any amusing subtitle that comes to mind.
