I'm dragging politics onto our gaming board

To recap:

1. We can't tax gas extraction (even though every other state does it) because it will "drive drillers away", where they will presumably drill Pennsylvania gas from some other state.
2. Corbett has rescinded Rendell's executive order preventing drilling in state parks
3. All environmental citations against drillers are now reviewed by a political appointee
4. Drillers donated hundreds of thousands to Corbett's and other Republican's campaigns
